Our 4-year undergraduate Animation & Motion Design program, in collaboration with JIO Creative Labs, integrates technical training with creative discovery, preparing students to thrive in the animation industry. With innovation at its core, the program equips students to craft engaging visual narratives across various digital platforms by leveraging the newest technologies in the field.

Lab 1 : Foundation Year
The Foundation Year forms the bedrock of our program, carefully crafted to inspire creativity, cultivate technical mastery, and build a profound understanding of visual storytelling. This essential year equips students with the core skills and insights regarding animation and motion design.

LAB 2: Introduction to Animation & Motion Design
This year marks the shift from foundational learning to specialised expertise. It immerse students in the core principles of animation and motion design while honing both creative and technical skills.

Short Internship
A mandatory 1-2 month internship with industry partners, offering students real-world exposure and opportunities for professional networking.

LAB 3: Intermediate Animation & Motion Design
This year prioritises skill enhancement and specialisation, with a focus on advanced techniques. It guides students through advanced coursework and hands-on projects to excel in the competitive animation and motion design landscape.

LAB 4: Advanced Animation & Motion Design
In the final year, students build upon their acquired expertise by emphasising advanced techniques and hands-on experiences that deepen their understanding of animation principles. This crucial year provides them with the tools and confidence needed to step into their professional careers.

Long Internship
An intensive 6-month long internship, providing students with real-world experience at leading industry offices. This empowers them to apply their learning in a professional environment, grasp industry workflows, and cultivate essential relationships.

Eligibility
Students who have completed grade 12 or its equivalent, with a genuine passion for design and creativity. Those with prior experience in graphic design or visual communication are also eligible to explore transfer options.
