Lighting plays a big role in how an interior space is perceived and experienced. Lighting design is, however, not limited to artificial lights.Understanding of light in terms of the physical and qualitative aspects, its interaction with material, role of lighting in defining the spatial perception in the context of architectural spaces and the technology/hardware that produces and controls it. Integrating different types of lighting in interior design schemes will enable you to create satisfying spaces for your clients.
Time requirement:
Total time required - 20 hours
Classroom hours - 14 hours; 3.5 weeks; Twice a week 2 hours each (Saturday & Sunday)
Assignment - 2 hours
Self study - 6 hours

Yes, you would get a recording of a class if you miss it. There would be a total of 10 classes of 2 hours each. You can miss a maximum of 2 classes to be able to receive the recordings and be eligible to receive the certificate. If you miss more than 2 classes out of 10, we will not send recordings for any classes after the 2nd class.
Yes, you should have a minimum of 70% attendance and complete all your assignments given as a part of the course to be able to receive the certificate.
There is no selection criteria for these courses. However, you should meet the eligibility criteria and be comfortable with english as the medium of instruction.

The classes will be held twice a week for 2 hours each on Saturdays and Sundays. This will go on for 3 weeks.
