Standard, non-personally identifiable Internet log information such as browser type and navigation to various parts of the Sites, in an aggregated form, is collected for analytical purposes to improve the browsing experience of our Sites, update relevant content, and improve the overall design.
Log data: When you visit our Sites, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details.

Admissions : As part of the instiute’s admissions process, we and our third-party vendors and agents collect applicant Personal Information to evaluate applications. We and our third-party vendors may also obtain Personal Information from external parties, such as schools, colleges and universities, referees, family members, and education partners. The information collected includes Name, address, contact details, demographic information, educational history, reference letters, and other relevant information as part of the application package.
As part of JS Institute of Design’s Admissions Test and selections process, we and our third-party vendors and agents shall also conduct verification of your identity through official identifiers that are stored for a reasonable period with us, and capture facial information and bodily movements as are required for purposes of online proctoring during the duration of the test.
The personal and sensitive personal information collected through the application process is necessary to evaluate candidates for admissions, and for our internal statistical and analytics purposes.
Financial Aid : To evaluate and determine whether financial aid (including scholarships) opportunities are available to an applicant, we and our third-party vendors and agents collect personal and personal sensitive information like Name, address, contact details, demographic information, salary history, income tax returns, bank statements, and other relevant information. The information collected through the financial aid application is necessary to evaluate whether the applicant is eligible to receive financial aid, and for our internal statistical and analytics purposes.
Personal information may also be collected by our Sites to: Provide brochures or other information relating to JS Institute of Design; for registration for educational and informational sessions; facilitate participation in cultural, sports and other events organized by JS Institute of Design; issue of parking passes and permits, and servicing other requests; provide online and in-person training, educational and informational programs; and process internship and employment applications for students interested in employment opportunities.
We share your information internally at JS Institute of Design to facilitate and manage the purposes listed above. This includes third parties whom JS Institute of Design engages to process your Personal Information on our behalf for the purposes stated above, such as vendors who help JS Institute of Design with our marketing, application processing, and web hosting.

JS Institute of Design will not sell any personal information to third parties for their use in direct marketing, advertising, or promotion of their products or services.
